1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent by Gemray Tours.
• Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

2. Payments

• Full payment or a required deposit must be made before the tour date.
• Prices may vary depending on the season, availability, fuel costs, weather conditions, or special requests.
• Any additional services requested after booking may result in extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date may receive a refund, excluding service charges.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date may not be refundable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
• If Gemray Tours cancels a tour due to weather, operational reasons, or safety concerns, customers may choose a new date or receive a refund.

4. Weather & Safety

• Helicopter, aircraft, and outdoor tours depend on weather conditions and safety approvals.
• Gemray Tours reserves the right to delay, shorten, or cancel any tour if weather or safety conditions are unsuitable.
• The pilot or tour guide’s decision is final in all safety matters.

5. Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identification, and any required travel documents.
• Gemray Tours is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or travel delays due to incomplete documents.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must follow all instructions given by pilots, drivers, guides, and staff.
• Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in the tour being cancelled without refund.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

7. Health & Fitness

• Customers should ensure they are physically fit for the selected activity or tour.
• Any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements should be informed in advance.

8. Tour Changes

• Gemray Tours may change tour routes, timings, vehicles, hotels, or activities due to weather, road conditions, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We will always try to provide a similar or better alternative whenever possible.

9. Liability

• Gemray Tours is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or expenses caused by events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Participation in tours and activities is at the customer’s own risk.

10. Photography & Media

• Gemray Tours may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

11. Website Information

• We try to ensure that all information, prices, and descriptions on our website are accurate; however, errors may occur and Gemray Tours reserves the right to correct them at any time without prior notice.

12. Privacy

• Any personal information shared with Gemray Tours will be kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and service purposes.
