What is included in the tour package?
Our helicopter and aircraft tour packages typically include your scenic flight with a professional pilot, all applicable aviation and landing fees, and basic insurance coverage as required by local regulations. You will also receive pre-flight safety briefing, assistance with route planning, and dedicated customer support before and after your tour, with no hidden charges beyond what is clearly quoted at the time of booking
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for every guest. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled flight time, and any payments made will be fully refunded or moved to a new date according to your preference. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or in case of a no‑show, a cancellation fee may apply, as aircraft and crew will already be reserved for you. In the rare event that we must cancel a flight due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, with no extra cost.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
There is no strict maximum age limit for our helicopter and aircraft tours, as long as passengers are in suitable health to fly and can safely board the aircraft. Children are welcome; however, young children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and kids under a certain age may need to sit on an adult’s lap or in their own seat depending on safety regulations and aircraft type. For very young children, pregnant guests, or passengers with medical conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor before flying and informing our team in advance so we can advise you on the safest options.
What should I pack for the tour?
For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing with light layers and closed‑toe shoes, as temperatures can change slightly during the flight. You may bring your phone or camera to capture the views, plus sunglasses and any essential personal items that fit in a small bag or pocket. Large bags, loose accessories, hats, and other bulky items are not allowed on board due to safety and space limitations, so please pack light and keep valuables to a minimum.
